§ 10.44.011. Berkeley Aquatic Club.

A.

All vehicles must park only in designated areas and between the lines provided.

B.

Stop Intersections. The following intersections with the municipal road right-of-way are designated as stop intersections. Stop signs and the appropriate ground markings shall be installed as provided therein:

Parking lot exit onto the Passaic Street municipal road right-of-way.

C.

Limited Sight Distance Intersections. The following intersections with the municipal road right-of-way are designated as limited sight intersections and are required to place the necessary signing to insure the safe ingress from and egress onto the municipal roadway. Limited sight notification signing shall be installed as provided therein:

D.

All signs, posts, bolts, or other necessary materials installed and paid for by the applicant. Work within the municipal road right-of-way will be subject to the Part 20 and any other applicable provisions of the Township Municipal Land Use Procedures Ordinances. Work shall be checked by the township police department to insure installations meet federal, state and local specifications, and all signing shall conform to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
