§ 12.16.120. Appeals.

Any applicant shall have the right, within seven business days from the decision of the tree inspector, to appeal in writing to the council, which may solicit the advice of the environmental commission or other experts and then shall review the decision of the tree inspector within ten (10) business days of the submission date of appeal.
