§ 13.12.090. Connection to the sewer system of adjacent municipality.

In addition to the requirements of this chapter where the applicant for the permit must connect to a public sewer discharging into the sewerage system of an adjacent municipality or public authority the provisions of any ordinance or ordinances, rules and regulations of such municipality or public authority concerning the connection to a public sewer shall govern and apply, as well as the applicable terms of any agreement in connection therewith entered into between the township and such adjoining municipality or public authority.
