§ 3.08.010. Implementation of purchasing program.

The council shall authorize the chief financial officer to develop and to implement a purchasing program for the township. The chief financial officer shall be responsible for prescribing and maintaining such forms as shall be reasonably necessary to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the purchasing program.
