§ 8.56.170. Duty to provide proper parking.

It is the duty of the owners and operators, where parking spaces and lanes are provided for their customers, to assist the enforcement officers to see that all parking is done in conformity with the spaces provided and that the flow of traffic conforms to the directional arrows painted in the lanes between the parking spaces.
